摘要
通过简单剖析现行农村公共产品供给制度,发现制度本身存在很多矛盾之处。针对这些矛盾,提出必须从制度安排方面改革现行农村公共产品供给制度。
Many contradictions in the supply of public products were pointed out by analyzing the present supply system. The suggestion that reformed the present supplying system for rural public products from system arrange was put forward.
