Digital voice web conference system is a special conference system.Design and realization of the hardware platform of digital voice web conference terminal is discussed mainly.The hardware structure of DSP＋FPGA is introduced,and its soft ware in DSP is designed based on DSP/BIOS real time operation system. Network communication function is realized by FPGA.
