摘要
填料函是高压往复泵的密封部件,改进前,填料函与泵体连接处榫面上频繁发生断裂的现象直接影响了高压往复泵的运行寿命。经过对填料函建模,并进行ANSYS有限元力学分析,在此基础上对填料函结构进行了改进,增加了一个缓冲环和一个密封垫,改进后的填料函在生产使用中得到了比较理想的效果。
The stuffing box is the kernel hermetic component of the high pressure reciprocating pump. Before the improvement, the phenomenon on which rupture occurs frequently on the tenon surface of the connection of the stuffing box and pump directly determines the longevity of the high pressure reciprocating pump. By the modeling of the stuffing box and the finite element analysis of the modeling of the stuffing box with ANSYS, the structure of the stuffing box is improved on this basis. The improved stuffing box obtains comparatively perfect effect in the production. A cushioning loop and an airproof mat are added after the improvement.
