新疆燕麦地方品种资源多样性分析 被引量:30

摘要 以新疆35个地方燕麦品种为材料,通过对生育期、株高、单株分蘖数、穗长、小穗数、单株粒重、千粒重、脂盼舍量和蛋白质含量等9个性状的分析,发现新疆的地方燕麦品种具有较丰富的遗传多样性。以变异系数为依据进行分析,5个植物学性状的变异系数在1.70%~25.81%,表现为:单株分藁数〉小穗数〉穗长〉株高〉生育期;4个经济性状的变异系数在14.84%~34.89%。表现为:蛋白质含量〉单株粒重〉千粒重〉脂肪含量。利用离差平方和法进行聚类分析,35个品种被分为具有不同特点的6个类别.可根据育种目标的不同选择亲本材料。 In this paper, the diversity of 35 oats land race in Xinjiang was analyzed, The analysis results showed that there was abundant diversity among different varieties. Coeffient of five botony traits of oats variations was 1.70 % - 25.81% which conducted as follows., branch number 〉spikelet number 〉 ear length 〉plant height〉growth duration; coeffient of four economy traits of oats varieties was 14. 84% - 34. 89% which conducted as follows, protain content 〉 kernel weight per plant 〉 1000 - kernel weight 〉 fat content. The results of cluster analysis with sum of squats for 9 traits showed that 35 oats varieties can be divided into six grouPs with differents characteristics, which could afford reference in oats breeding,
