摘要
通过利用单螺杆挤出机对复合秸秆瓦生产进行实际研究,设计了单螺杆挤出机制造系统的改进方案,并针对复合秸秆瓦的加工工艺分析了温度与添加剂的作用,经过实际试验达到复合秸秆瓦的使用要求,加工出的秸秆瓦具有环保、新颖、美观的优点,并可进行工业化生产。
Through the study of making composite straw tiles by single screw extruder, an improved system of single screw extruder was designed. Then the effects of temperatures and addition agents were analyzed based on the producing techniques of the composite straw tiles. Experiments showed that they could meet the demands of the composite straw tiles. The straw tiles had the virtues of protecting the environment, novelty and good - looking and could be applied to industrial production.
