摘要
针对实际生产中剪切机的人工调节机构存在的问题,提出了以8051单片机为控制核心的自动控制剪切机后挡料位置定位系统的设计。主要介绍剪切机后挡料位置控制系统的硬件结构、工作原理以及硬件电路的设计。
Based on the problems existing in the manual adjusting parts of shearing machine, this paper put forward the position system design for automatically controlling the blocking behind press of shearing machine with 805t single - chip processor. The hardware structure, working principle and the design of the hardware circuits of the blockit,g behind press of shear machine control system were mainly discussed.
