摘要
代建制是一种新型政府投资项目管理体制改革,这种制度的推出引起了各方极大的关注。本文运用博弈论对代建制模式下业主与项目管理公司的关系进行分析,对于完善代建制模式具有重要意义。
Agent construction was a new kind of reforms in the management system of government - invested projects, and bronght a cause for great concern. This paper analyzed the relationship between the owners and project management companies under agent construction using game theory. The results were significant to improve the agent construction.
