摘要
本文以企业实施ERP的过程为基础,通过对企业ERP实施现状的调查,对ERP实施过程中的风险进行了分析并导出其主要风险,从而具体的阐述了ERP实施过程中风险的规避方法。最后,对ERP软件的未来发展及应用进行展望,提出了在企业管理信息化建设中,ERP理念和软件系统的实施运用是现代企业信息化建设的客观需要和必然趋势。
Based on the process of applying ERP to enterprises, this paper analyzed the risks existing in applying ERP and pointed out the main risks, through the investigation of enterprises that applied ERP. It also discussed the methods to get rid of the risks during applying ERP. At last, the paper put forward the expectations of the development and application of the ERP software in the future, pointed out that the application of ERP idea and software system was the demands and trends of the construction of modem enterprise informationization.
