1,3-丁二烯遗传学损伤与修复酶基因多态性的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 1,3-丁二烯可以造成职业损伤和环境危害,其在机体内的代谢产物对机体遗传物质造成的损伤主要以加合物的形式出现,可能参与损伤修复的通路主要有碱基切除修复和核苷酸切除修复。本文回顾了近期国内外有关1,3-丁二烯在体内的代谢途径、对遗传物质的损伤以及参与损伤修复的XRCC1和ERCC2基因多态性的文献,以探讨修复酶基因多态性在1,3-丁二烯遗传学损伤中的作用和损伤机制。
