膳食钙对高血压病的降压机制研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 流行病学研究提示高血压病人膳食中钙的缺乏可能与其发病有关,而补充膳食钙则可能有辅助降血压的效果。过去20年间,许多人体实验的结果证实,膳食钙在血压调节中有重要作用。补充钙可使某些血压正常者和高血压受试者的血压有短期的轻微下降;对其机制的研究表明可能与一氧化氮和一氧化氮合酶有关,但是具体机制尚不清楚。
