摘要
目的应用新技术分析研究旧城改造的可行性,提出旧城改造的具体措施和实施步骤。方法应用基于Microstation的二次开发系统对旧城改造中出现的问题进行可行性分析,提出解决问题的相应对策。结果采用新技术后能加快旧城改造的进程,同时能节省人力、物力、财力。图形和表格可以直观形象地显示拆迁区域和拆迁面积,为政府部门和拆迁居民提供最合理的补偿依据。结论以陕西省丹凤县旧城改造为例,根据作者2002年在丹凤县城镇地籍调查和地籍测量时获得的实测数据,采用基于Microstation的二次开发系统对旧城改造进行可行性分析,在改造中真正体现了以人为本理念,实现了经济与社会可持续发展。
Aim To analyze the feasibility of the old city transforming by using new technical methods, and to propose the concrete measures and implementation steps of the old city transforming. Methods Based on the secondary development system on the basis of Microstation, we can go on the feasibility analysis in the transformation of the old city and propose the corresponding solutions of the problem. Results Introduction of new technologies speed up the process of transformation of the old city, and save human, material and financial resources. Graphics and tables that can be visually shown the region and area pulled down can supply the most reasonable compensation basis for government departments and residents. Conclusion This article takes the old city transforming of Danfeng county, ShaanXi province as example. According to the datum that author acquired from the investigation of ownership and cadastration in cities and towns of Danfeng County in 2002,the paper go on feasibility analyse in old city transformation based on Secondary development system on the basis of Microstation. The old city transformation can be truly reflected the People First idea, and be realized economic and social sustainable development.
