摘要
对CeO2基中温固体电解质材料的主要制备方法如固相法、水热合成法、沉淀法、sol-gel法、低温燃烧合成法、微乳液法和注凝成型技术进行概述,阐述其原理、优缺点、关键影响因素等,并介绍了不同方法制备CeO2基固体电解质材料的效果。
The main preparation methods of CeO2-based medium temperature solid electrolyte materials such as solid phase method,hydrothermal synthesis method,precipitation method,sol-gel method,low temperature combustion synthesis method,microemulsion method, gel-casting technology,and so on are outlined. The principle,dvantages and disadvantages,key influencing factors, and so on are described. The effect of preparing CeO2-based solid electrolytes by different methods is also introduced.
