摘要
分别采用MDI-50、TDI-65和TDI-80与聚酯多元醇反应制得低硬度耐溶剂聚氨酯弹性体制品。结果表明,MDI-50可替代毒性较大的TDI,用于一步法耐溶剂聚氨酯弹性体的制作。
Polyurethane elastomers with low hardness and solvent resistance were prepared by reacting MDI-50,TDI-65 and TDI- 80 with polyester polyol respectively. The results showed that the MDI-50 can substitute the higher toxicity TDI, and it is suitable for the one-step preparation of solvent resistant polyurethane elastomers.
