摘要 以高能改性双基推进剂药柱作为实验对象,研究了不同胶黏剂对药柱粘接的适应性、不同粘接界面形状对推进剂燃速的影响及不同粘接形式的药柱的内弹道性能。结果显示,聚氨酯胶黏剂(J-1)和环氧胶黏剂(H-1)能够适应改性双基推进剂的粘接要求,粘接界面对燃速影响很小,粘接药柱的p-t曲线特征与原药柱基本一致,粘接工艺是制造推进剂药柱的一种有效的技术途径。 By using the high energy modified double-base propellant cylinder as the test object,the flexibility of different adhesives for propellant cylinder binding, the influence of different binding interfaces on the burning rate of propellant, and the inner ballistic properties of different binding form propellant cylinder were researched. The results showed that both the polyurethane adhesive(J-1) and the epoxy adhesive(H-1) are suitable for the binding of modified double-base propellant.The binding interface has a little influence on the burning rate, and the binding cylinder gives the same p-t curve features as the original cylinder basically. The binding process is an effective technique path for propellant cylinder production.
