高速加工是现代制造技术核心,加工过程表现出的安全要求更为迫切,刀具监控正在发展成为现代制造理论的支撑技术之一;正是高速加工安全问题对刀具实时监控技术的这种需求,促进了该顶技术的发展和成熟并走向实用化。
High speed machining is the core of modem manufacture technique, and the security of the machining process is more important, so tool monitoring is developing and becoming one of the supporting technologies for modem manufacture theory. Just about the security requirement in high speed machining, tool monitoring technology has been developed to maturity and stepped to practicality.
