摘要 COSMOS/FloWorks是完全整合至SolidWorks且易学易用的流体分析软件。使用COSMOS/FloWorks对一种等离子割炬的电极冷却水道进行仿真分析,从而发现此冷却水道存在的问题,前内壁面冷却水流速偏低,直角拐弯处出现最小流速。通过减小经过前内壁面处的冷却水的流通截面面积,在直角拐弯处开圆角来解决以上两个问题。 COSMOS/FloWorks is a software fully embedded in Solidworks. It is easy to learn and use. COSMOS/ FloWorks was used to analyze the water flowing in the cooling canal of one cutting plasma - gun's electrode, and we found out the problem in the structure. The velocity of the cooling water around the front wall is much low, and there is the lowest velocity around the rectangular comer. In the interest of settling these problems, we reduced the sectional area of the flowing canal around the front wall and made are at the rectangular corner.
