同种异体巩膜修补鼓膜穿孔

Repairing perforation of tympanic membranes with sclera

目的:观察同种异体巩膜移植物修补鼓膜穿孔的疗效。方法:鼓膜穿孔117例,以同种异体巩膜为移植材料,采用内植法行鼓膜成形术。结果:鼓膜穿孔Ⅰ期愈合106例,移植物脱落4例,移植物与鼓膜残边之间留有裂隙7例。术后3月纯音测听示愈合患者的平均听阈降低25dB HL以上。结论:同种异体巩膜为修补鼓膜穿孔较理想的材料。

Objectives ： To observe the result of repairing tympanic membrane perforation with homogeneity variant sclera. Methods： 117 patients with tympanic membrane perforation were repaired with sclera by inner sticking. Results： Of all 117 patients, only 11 ears failed to respond to the treatment and 106 ears the tratment healed after treated. The average auditory threshold of 106 ears was lowered by 25 dB HL 3 months later. Conclusion： Homogeneity variant sclera is a perfect repairing membrane for tympanic membrane perforation.
