烟气脱硫集散监控系统的研究与应用 被引量:2

摘要 通过对某钢铁集团公司焦化厂硫化床烟气脱硫系统的研究与分析,计算出经济、高效的脱硫率。针对此系统,下位机系统采用西门子S7系列高性能PLC进行逻辑控制,上位机采用Wincc工业监控软件,采用工业以太网作为现场数据的通讯通道,TCP/IP协议作为统一的通讯协议进行监控,以提高系统网络利用率,提高系统反应时间和精度,减少系统资源利用,有效减少网络诱导延迟。通过系统的设计,提高了脱硫效率,减少烟尘排放浓度,改善大气环境质量,降低环保经费的支出。 After investigating and analyzing the smoke desulfation system in some steel company,this paper calculated the economic and high-efficiency desulfation rate.According to this system,hypogyny system adapt the Siemens high quality S7 series programmable logic controller (PLC)to control the system. Epigyny adapt the Wince specialized software to cofigurate the looks of all system. Take the industrial Ethemet as the communication channel,TCP/IP as the uniform communication protocol so as to improve the network utility of the system,as well as shorten the system action speed and improve the system precision. After using the desulfation system,the desulfation rate was improved highly and the thickness of the smoke that was let out was also lessen,the atmosphere environment was bettered and lower the payout of the environment protection.
