基于轴振灰关联分析的磨煤机最大制粉出力判断 被引量:1

JUDGEMENT OF BALL-MILL'S MAXIMAL COAL PULVERIZING CAPACITY BASED ON GRAY INCIDENCE ANALYSIS OF SHAFT VIBRATION

摘要 通过数字信号处理获得轴承振动能量谱,对灰关联动态矩阵进行了改进并用其对前后轴能量谱进行分析,提出了磨煤机制粉出力的最大峰值的预测方法。经实际应用,该方法对钢球磨煤机出力判断有较好的准确性,可用于球磨机在线控制及运行优化。 Through processing of digital signals,the energy spectrum of bearing vibration has been obtained,and the gray incidence dynamic matrix being improved,and the energy spectrum of front and rear shafts being analysed by using the said matrix,and the prediction method of maximal peak value of the ball mill's coal pulverizing capacity being put forward.Practical application shows that the said method has better accuracy for judging the ball mill's capacity,and can be used for on-line control and operation optimization of ball mills.
