摘要
漳泽发电厂4号机组汽轮机真空系统泄漏,降低了机组热效率。经分析,认为泄漏主要由后台板变形、低压缸法兰变形、法兰处胶条开裂等引起,处理后泄漏得以解决,机组运行经济性提高。
The leakage in vacuum system of steam turbine for unit no.4 in Zhangze Power Plant decreased thermal efficiency of said unit.It is believed through analysis that the leakage is mainly resulting from deformation of the rear table plate,the deformation of flanges in LP cylinder,and cracking on hose joint of flanges etc..After treatment,the problem of leakage has been solved,enhancing the economic behavior of unit operation.
