摘要
企业经营者作为企业出资者的代理人是企业日常经营的决策者、管理者、控制者、责任者,在企业中居于中枢地位,发挥着配置各种生产要素的作用,其劳动属于创新型劳动,企业经营者为企业可能提供的贡献或可能带来的损失都远远大于其他员工。因此,建立和完善国有企业经营者薪酬激励机制,是国有企业建立规范的现代企业制度、完善法人治理结构的一个重要方面。但在国有企业中,经营者薪酬激励却失灵了,分析国有企业经营者薪酬激励机制存在的问题,并探讨这些问题产生的根源,可以找出解决国有企业经营者薪酬激励问题的途径。
As the representative of enterprise, manager is the decision -maker, controller, person of responsibility and thus takes the leading position in the enterprise. He may contribute more to the enterprise or bring more losses than the other labor workers. As a result, to establish and improve manager' s pay stimulating system in state - owned enterprises is an important part in normalization of modem enterprise system and organization of legal person's management. But modem state -owned enterprises, the pay stimulating system doesn't work. So to analyze the existing problems and their origins is a good way to solve the relevant problems.
