摘要 绩效考核与管理是医院人力资源管理的重要环节,有效的绩效考核管理是组织目标顺利实现的有力保证。目前大多数医院绩效管理未能形成科学的考核指标及考核体系,使考核流于形式,考核后管理也未能达到应有的效果。鉴于此,笔者结合医院管理的实际工作,试图从绩效考核及管理的根本目标出发,探讨其重要性,分析目前医院绩效考核的现状,从考核机构、考核总体目标、考核标准到考核流程等入手,提出思路和解决办法。 The assessment and management of performance is an essential part of human resources management and the efficient assessment is sure to realize the organization goal successfully. But the current assessment failed to have scientific index and assessing system, which makes the assessment only exist in the form without expected effect. Accordingly, based on the practical working in the hospital, the author, from basic aim of the assessment, explores the importance of assessment and analyzes the current assessment problems existing in the hospital, then puts forward solutions to the problems from the points of assessment organization, general goal, criteria and process of the assessment.
