摘要
教育观念转变是教育改革的先导,是当代教育发展的必然,是提高高校教师素质的核心。就新形势下转变教育观念的切入点提出了一些基本思路,以便进行深入的探讨很有必要。
The guide of educational reform is to change educational concept, which is the necessity of the development of contemporary education and the core to improve the quality of university faculty. Some basic principles to start the change of educational concept are proposed in the paper.
