摘要
武器系统火力效能指数的合理确定,对于评价武器系统发展战略具有重要的意义。用量纲分析法确定效能指标(MOE)各因素指数之间的关系,结合成对比矩阵确定权向量,确定了影响效能指标各因子的数值。经过在一组成熟武器系统间的运用证明了该方法的可行性,为同类问题的解决提出了新的解决方法。
The reasonable determination of the indexes for weapon efficiency is of great significance for evaluating weapon system development strategy. Dimensional analysis is used for determining the relationship between different factom of Measures of Effectiveness （MOE）, then they are combined together to form a judgment matrix for confirming the weighted vector. Therefore the value of the factors that have effect on weapon efficiency can be determined. The feasibility of this method was proved by using it in a set of weapon systems.
