试论企业文化建设中“人”与“物”的辩证关系

摘要 企业文化建设中的“人”和“物”有以下几层意思:第一,企业文化建设中的属人方面和属物方面即精神层面和物质层面;第二,以人为中心的重视人的管理思想和方式与以科学管理为中心的重视物的管理思想和方式;第三,企业管理中对人的管理和对物的管理即管人和管物。从这三个层次来看,企业文化建设中的“人”和“物”都是相互区别、相互联系和相互转化的,即它们是辩证统一的。有鉴于此,在企业文化建设中,我们必须正确认识和处理二者之间的关系,既要管“人”也要管“物”,以便更好地建设先进的企业文化,提高企业的经济效益和社会效益。 The Meaning of "person" and "matter" in building corporation culture can be interpreted differently. Firstly, they show the spiritual and material aspects respectively; secondly, they indicate the personnel -centered mental and spiritual management and material - centered scientific management; thirdly, they mean the manage- ment of person and material respectively in running the corporation. From this, it is easy to say that they are in a dialectic relation that they differentiate, contact and transform from each other. As a result, such a relation between the two should be understood and realized correctly in building corporation culture to manage both "person" and "matter" in the corporation so as to build the advanced corporation culture and enhance the economic and social benefits as well.
