摘要
陕西苹果自改革开放以来得到了迅猛发展,在国内外占有一定的市场份额,但是也存在着生鲜果比例大、深加工比例小,优质原料不足、加工质量不高、农药残留严重等问题,造成陕果在竞争中处于不利地位,出口竞争力不强,严重制约了我省果品加工业的健康发展。果品的加工是推进陕西苹果再发展的突破口,必须科学规划,合理布局,认真组织加工果业基地建设,为陕西果业的可持续和快速健康发展打下坚实的基础。
Since the reform and opening- up, apple industry in Shaanxi has obtained a certain share in both domestic and foreign markets, but there are some factors which are seriously affecting the healthy development of fruit - processing industry in Shaanxi, thus resulted in unfavorable competition status and lower export capacity. For instance, the large proportion of fresh fruit and the comparatively small proportion of processed fruit; the shortage of high quality apples, the low quality of processed fruit and the problem of agricultural chemicals residence, etc. still exist in apple industry. Fruit - processing is a breakthrough for further promoting apple industry in Shaanxi, which requires us to plan scientifically and rationally and carry out organizations for processed fruit industry base, so as to solidify the foundation for the sustainable and fast and healthy development of fruit industry in Shaanxi.
