离子膜烧碱装置水平衡及卤水利用方案的选择

Water balance of ionic membrane caustic soda units and selection of bittern utilization project

通过分析离子膜烧碱装置的水平衡,提出了离子膜烧碱装置中使用卤水的3种方案,即直接掺卤、淡盐水浓缩后掺卤以及采用真空制盐(含热法脱硝)使用全卤。经过比较,认为采用真空制盐(含热法脱硝)使用全卤是较优的方案。

According to the analysis of water balance of ionic membrane caustic soda units, three application projects of bittern the caustic soda units were put forward, including adding bittern directly or depleted brine with concentrated, and salt by vacuum evaporation with whole bittern （including thermal process denitration）. After comparison, the better project is salt by vacuum evaporation with whole bittern （including removal saltpetre）.
