After brief introduction of liquid production process by high temperature and high pressure, the structure and principles of 2BG115 liquid-piston chlorine gas compressor were introduced. Reasons of compressed secondary parts with rapid wear were analysed. Direct and inevitable reasons of corrosion are high working temperature of sulfuric acid, and the control of sulfuric acid working temperature should be strengthened, and guarantee the working with the rational control.
