卡介苗联合白介素-2治疗尖锐湿疣疗效观察

Clinical Observation of BCG and IL-2 Treatment of Condyloma Acuminatum

目的观察卡介苗(BCG)和白介素-2联合治疗尖锐湿疣疗效。方法将86例尖锐湿疣患者随机分为两组,A组用BCG和白介素-2治疗,B组用电灼术清除瘤体。结果随访3个月,A组46例,复发8例,复发率17.39%。B组40例,复发22例,复发率55%。结论卡介苗联合白介素-2治疗尖锐湿疣疗效更为显著。

Objective To observe the treatment effectiveness of Condyloma Acuminatum（CA） by the combinative therapy of BCG and IL-2. Methods Eighty-six cases of CA were divided into two groups randomly. The forty-six patients in group A were treated by BCG and IL-2, and forty in group B were treated by the high eletric lancet. Results The cured patients were surveyed the recurrent rate the following three months and the result indicates that the rcurrent rate is lower in group A （17 percent） than group B （55 percent）. Conclusion The combinative therapy of BCG and IL-2 can be better in improving the treatment of CA and reducing its recurrent rate than the high electric lancet.
