RP-HPLC法测定翻白草中山奈酚、槲皮素的含量

Determination of the Content of Kaempferol and Quercetin in Herba Potentillae Discoloris by RP-HPLC

目的:建立翻白草中山奈酚、槲皮素含量的高效液相色谱测定方法;方法:采用D iamonsilTMC18柱(4.6mm×150 mm,5μm),以M eOH-0.3%H3PO4(4:6,t/v)为流动相,365 nm波长,流速为1.0 mL.m in-1;结果:待测组分与其它组分分离良好(R>1.5),2组分平均回收率分别为99.2%,RSD=0.6%;99.1%,RSD=2.4%;结论:该方法操作简单、易行,重现性好,可为该原料药及制剂的质控提供参考。

Aim in Herba Potentillae Employing the method of RP - HPLC to determine the content of Kaempferol and quercetin iscoloris.
