紫外分光光度法测定莽草酸的解离常数 被引量:12

摘要 根据光度法测定酸解离常数的原理,采用紫外分光光度法测定了莽草酸的解离常数。在选定波长(215、220、224、226、230 nm)处测定不同pH值的莽草酸溶液吸光度值,得到莽草酸的离解常数为3.87±0.08。方法简便,结果可靠。 Following the principle to determine the acid dissociation constant by spectrophotometry, a UV spectrophometric method has been employed to determine the dissociation constant of shiklmic acid (pKa). Different absorption values of shikimic acid solutions at five chosen wavelengths (215,220,224,226,230 nm) have been determined. The obtained dissociation constant of Shikimic acid is 3.78:1:0.08. The result indicate that the method is simple and reliable.
