绵阳城市内部人口迁居原因及空间类型

Reasons and Space Types for the Urban People of Mianyang to Change Their Dwelling Houses

对绵阳市五个典型社区———御营小区、跃进路小区、九院小区、花园小区、汉城小区的居民进行了详细问卷调查,分析绵阳城市内部人口迁居的影响因素及机制,总结出迁居特征和迁移空间类型特征。并据此提出绵阳城市居住空间结构调整的相关建议。

By way of questionnaire to the inhabitants of five typical communities in Mianyang City： Yuying, Yuejinlu, Huayuan, jiuyuan and Hancheng, the influential factors and mechanism for the urban people of Mianyang to change their dwelling houses have been analyzed, the characteristics and the space types of the transfer have been obtained. Based on this result, relevant suggestions have been put forward for the adjustment of the inhabiting space structure within the urban area of Mianyang.
