摘要
采用G riffing方法Ⅱ完全双列杂交设计,利用加性-显性-上位性遗传模型(简称ADAA模型)对辽宁省粳稻主要农艺性状进行分析,结果表明:株高、穗茎角、穗长、二次枝梗成粒数、二次枝梗数和成粒数以显性效应为主,着粒密度性状的表达受多种遗传体系的控制,千粒重的加性和显性效应都不显著,株高、穗茎角、穗长和一次枝梗数的广义遗传率和狭义遗传率都达极显著水平。
Using the complete Griffing design Ⅱ and the ADAA Genetic Model, the major agronomic traits of japonica rice in Liaoning Province were analyzed. The results indicated that the plant height, panicle curved extent, panicle length, number of ripened grains in secondary branches, secondary branches and number of ripened grains were mainly controlled by dominant effect. The expression of grain density was controlled by multiple heredity system. Neither the dominant effect nor the additive effect of the 1000-grain weight was significant. The broad heritability and the narrow heritability of the plant height, panicle curved extent, panicle length and number of primary rachis branches were all extremely significant.
