摘要
在田间条件下研究了8年生牡丹品种“佛门袈裟”的光合特性。结果表明:牡丹“佛门袈裟”光饱和点为1335μmol.m-2.s-1,补偿点为70μmol.m-2.s-1。CO2饱和点为1580μmol.mol-1,补偿点为62μmol.mol-1。在春季光合速率日变化呈单峰曲线;在夏季呈双峰曲线,有明显的光合“午休现象”。光合速率季节变化呈单峰曲线,最高峰值出现在5月下旬。
Photosynthetic characteristics of the tree peony Fomen Jiasha were studied in the field. The results showed that the light saturat- ed and compensated point of Fomen Jiasha were 1335μmol·m^-2·s^-1 and 70μmol·m^-2·s^-1 respectively. The CO2 saturated and compensated point were 1580μmol·mol^-1, and 62μmol·mol^-1 respectively. The diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate (Pn) in tree peony leaves demonstrated a single peak curve in Spring and two-peak-curve in Summer. An obvious'midday depression phenomenon occurred in Summer. The seasonal variation of Pn presented a single peak curve, the highest Pn was at the last ten days in May.
