摘要
随着高速模数转换器件性能的不断提高,高速模数转换电路在雷达数字信号处理、软件无线电等领域的应用也更为深入。对工程中高速转换电路的性能测试与评估的要求也日益突出。在总结已有高速模数转换器件性能测试方法的基础上给出一套基于频域数字信号处理理论的高速模数转换电路工程应用的有效评估方法。从测试情况来看该方案简单,且具有一定的精度,满足工程应用的性能评估的精度。并在试验测试的基础上找出了影响高速模数转换电路转换性能的几个主要的因素,即:前端运放电路谐波失真、采样时钟抖动、模数电源及共地噪声串扰等。
With performance of high -speed an'dog to digital converter constant to rise, application of high- speed analog to digital convener circuit was deepened in digital signal processing, software radio and radar. The function test and assess of high speed A/D circuit in project, Were much needed An A/D testing theory in frequency - field on the basis of digital signal processing was given. This method was simple and has suitable precision testing. It was satisfied for performance testing of high-speed A/D circuit in the project assess. The factors of reducing a high speed AID circuit performance were found out, such as harmonic distorted in front analog circuit, sample clock shaking, analog power and the noise in ground plane etc.
