摘要
观察了甲基硫脲嘧啶(MTU)复制甲低大鼠脑神经细胞超微结构变化。结果表明实验组脑神经细胞粗面内质网变性,部分核蛋白体脱失和游离,线粒体肿胀、嵴减少或消失,核膜边缘不清。由此可见甲低通过脑神经细胞结构改变,导致中枢神经系统损伤和发育障碍。
The change of ultrastructure of the neurons in MTU induced hypothyroid rat was observed with the electron microscopy.Ourresults showed that dilatation of granular endoplasmic reticulum,ribosomal detachment and isolation cristae occurred.Swellingof mitochondria occurred,and nucleus membrane was not clear.These data suggested that the hypothyroidism brings about changes of structure in the neurons and causes the injury and retard development of the central nervous system
