校本管理策略探究

校本管理是以学校为本位的先进管理思想,对我国的教育教学改革具有重要指导意义。为使校本管理有效地促进我国的教育教学改革,本文就实施校本管理的策略进行了初步探讨,认为实施校本管理的策略主要有：学校教育评价改革应放首位；校长要转变观念、增强决策意识、确定有自身特色的学校发展理念和模式；建立董事会并确立其法律地位是学校实施校本管理的制度保证；增强开发意识,充分挖掘、利用并优化组合学校的人力资源；开发校本课程,从教学基础上落实校本管理的有效实施。

And we found they are： the educative evaluation in school should be put in the first place; the foundation of directorate and its jural status will guarantee the implement of the school based management in school in system; we should strengthen the edueative evaluation and fully mine , utilize , andoptimize the school＇s manpower resource ; The exploitation of school - based courses can guarantee theeffeetiveimplement of the school - based management in the base of teaching.
