摘要
本文提出一种按连续移相原理构成的全数字式ZPS-101PWM信号发生器,在一个2.5mm×2.5mm硅片上集成了约400只晶体管。文中对工作原理、基本公式的推导、谐波分析、调压调频特性以及控制框图等进行了简介。理论分析及试验结果表明,该PWM模块具有谐波含量小,电压增益高,成本低等优点。
A new all-digital PWM signal generator ZPS-101 based on the concept of con- tinuous phase shifting is described.The chip of the PWM module,which is 2.5mm×2.5mm in size,has about 400 MCS transistors.T(?)is paper presenis beinfly the prin(?)ipte of opera tion, the derivation of equations,the harmonic analysis,the VVVF characteristies and the control block diagram.Theoretical analysis and experimen(?)al results show that the PWM signal ge- nerator has the advantages of less harmonic content,higher voltage gain and lower cost.
