摘要
本文介绍了一种换流超前角随负载自动调节并在高速时利用端电压转子位置检测器(VPS)的新颖的无换向器电机(CLM)微机控制系统。这种控制方案在保证可靠换流及过载能力的前提下,大大提高了电机功率因数。利用 N 倍频电路解决了在无同轴脉冲发生器情况下的数字测速问题,降低了系统成本。文中同时介绍了系统的硬软件实现及实验结果。
The system described in this paper employs the method of the auto-adjustment of commutation leading angle γ according to load and a terminal voltage position sensor (VPS)at high speed.This control scheme can greatly raise the motor power factor under the prerequisite of safe commutation and raising the overload capacity.The problem of digi- tal speed measurement is solved and the system cost is ceduced by the employment of the N—multiple—frequeney circuit when there is not a special pulse generator.The realization of the system hardware and software is also described.The experimental results are given.
