摘要
社区服务与社会和谐具有内在的一致性,且目标相同。因此,以社区服务推动社区和谐进而推动社会和谐,是和谐社会的着力点和重要选择。然而,在现实中,社区服务仍受其内外因素的制约,惟有克服其制约因素,充分发挥社区服务的功能,和谐社会的构建才能成为现实。
There has been a consistency between community service and society harmony. Therefore, it has become a best choice to enhance the society harmony through community service. Only bringing into play the community service can a harmonious society be built.
