摘要
质量管理是医院管理的核心,在医院分级管理中抓质量管理,其主要做法是:从提高诊疗技术水平入手,认真落实并达到《医院分级管理标准》附件中有关临床、医技和护理的技术标准;抓好诊疗环节的现场控制,强化基础质量,夯实医院长远发展的基础。
The article discusses how to make every effort to reach and implement the technical standards and specifications set in the appendix to 'The standards of Hospital stratified Management', including those in clinical practice, medical tecthniques.and nursing care services;put more emphasis on measures for quality control at worksites of diagnosis and treatment; and prospects for future ways to quality advance and development.
