摘要
通过水蒸汽蒸馏法提取黔产黑骨藤全株挥发油,利用GC-MS联用技术并结合标准谱库的检索,从得到的44个化合物中鉴定了27种成分,检出成分占挥发油成分的93.2%。其中棕榈酸含量最高,占挥发油总量的45.6%。明确了黔产黑骨藤挥发油成分及其含量,为提高其综合开发利用提供实验依据。
The essential oil from Proplocaforestii Schltr were obtained by steam distillation, the chemical constituents were separated and identified by GC - MS with NIST standard database. Twenty seven peaks were identified from the obtained forty four components, representing 93.2% of the total oil. Among which the palmitic acid is main constituent, accounting for 45.6% of the essential oil. The reasonable utilization will be improved by the clarification on the chemical constituents and content from Proplocaforestii Schltr.
