为适应深化改革的需要,促进护理工作发展,二○三医院采用规范化管理手段强化对护理工作的管理,变以往的终末质量控制方式为环节——终末质量控制。通过制定一系列的规章制度,增强了各项医疗护理规章制度在实际工作中的管理效能。通过对护士行为、护士语言、护理文件书写等方面的规范,收到了明显的效果,护理人员自我规范意识得以增强,护理质量明显提高,有力地促进了护理工作的发展。

The implementation of standardized rules and regulations effectively facilitates the total quality management including ordinary links, weak links, and final outcome; improves and expands service capabilities typified by highly skilled care,concern,and expertise;and also encourages nurses'initiatives which may contribute to individualized and innovative application of various possible alternatives to better meet or exceed original expectations.
