A Comparative Study on Consumption of Medical Resources

通过对美国亚利桑那大学医学中心、中国浙江省浙江医院、浙江医科大学附属第二医院、浙江省肿瘤医院、杭州市第一医院医疗资源消耗的对比研究提出了加强区域医疗规划,调整医院结构,更新医疗设备,提高医院工作效率,缩短平均住院日的建议。

A comparetive cost -effectiveness study on medical resources consumption between Arizona University Medical Center,USA and Zhejiang four provincial level hospitals, China, put forward proposals on: how to strengthen regional medical programs, while making the programs dynamically and flexibly responsive to social and economic imperatives ; to regulate structures of hospitals for giving scope to hospitals' special expertises and at the same time meeting the multi -layered, many and varied healthcare needs of the population; to renew medical equipments in accordance with the principle of adaptation to local actual conditions; to significantly improve work efficiency and decrease average duration of hospitalizaiton through various reform measures, but without compromising service quality.
