Health Services in Aviation Industry: Adaptation to the Conditions of Deepened Reforms

在社会主义市场经济体制的大环境、总形势下,要搞好航空工业医疗卫生工作,更好地为社会服务,航空工业企事业医院必须积极开拓医疗卫生市场,面向社会,参与竞争。认清形势,转变观念,适应职工医疗保障制度改革;深化内部改革,适应医疗卫生市场的需求,形成自己的特色和优势。就适应市场经济体制的建立,职工医院的走势谈了一些看法,并对“九五”期间航空工业卫生事业的发展提出几点建议。

Under the general conditions of the socialist market economy system and reforms of workers' medical security system, the workers' hospitals in aviation industry should make active efforts to ensure and develop high -quality medical services for the industry's staff and workers through adoptiong effective measures, including: to deepen the internal reforms with utilizing previously untapped human, academic, technolgical resources and superiority) to recognize the opportunities of participation in health service market to make greater contributions for society: and to create optimal work arrangement and interrelations of mutual aid and complementation.
