虎金颗粒抗肝纤维化的光镜电镜实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察虎金颗粒抗肝纤维作用及对肝纤维化的组织病理学和超微结构的影响。方法:皮下注射四氯化碳(CCl4)法复制大鼠肝纤维化模型,以虎金颗粒进行防治,用光镜观察肝脏HE、Van Gieson(VG)胶原染色的变化以及α-平滑肌(-αSMA)在肝内的表达,用电镜观察肝脏超微结构的变化。结果:治疗组肝脏HE、VG胶原染色及超微结构的改善情况明显优于对照组,-αSMA表达亦较对照组弱。结论:虎金颗粒有良好的抗肝纤维化的作用。 Aim: To on liver fibrosis. Methods: with Hujin Granules. The observe the effect, histopathological and uhra-structure changes of Hujin Granules Model of liver fibrosis were induced by subcutaneous injection of CCl4 and treated changes of HE, VG and expression of α-SMA of rats' liver were observed with optical microscope. Moreover, the ultrastructure was observed with electron microscope. Results: The improvement of HE and Van Gieson and ultrastructure in the treatment groups was superior to that in the control group obviously. And the expression of α-SMA was lighter than that of control group. Conclusion: Hujin Granules are effective in treatment of CCl4-induced liver fibrosis.
