通络愈瘫胶囊对缺血性中风气虚血瘀型患者TNF-α、IL-6影响的研究

Effects of Tongluo Yutan Capsule on Serum TNF-α and IL-6 of Patients with Ischemic Strike of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type

目的:观察通络愈瘫胶囊对缺血性中风气虚血瘀型患者血清中TNF-α、IL-6水平的影响、评价其临床疗效。方法:采用随机方法选取符合标准病例60例,将其分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,分别口服通络愈瘫胶囊、消栓通络胶囊。评定其治疗前后神经功能缺损评分和中医证候积分。检测用药前后TNF-α、IL-6的变化。结果:临床疗效评定:治疗组有效率为93.33%,对照组有效率为71.43%,两组差异具有显著意义(P<0.05);中医证候疗效评定:治疗组有效率为96.67%,对照组有效率为71.43%,两组差异具有显著意义(P<0.05)。TNF-α、IL-6检测:治疗组血清中TNF-α的含量组内比较有极显著差异(P<0.01);治疗组血清中IL-6的含量组内比较有极显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:通络愈瘫胶囊能明显改善气虚血瘀型缺血性中风患者的临床症状和体征,降低TNF-α、IL-6在血清中的含量。

Objective： To osberve the effects of Tongluo Yutan Capsule on serum TNF-α and IL- 6 of patients with isehemie strike of qi deficiency and blood stasis type and to evaluate the therapeutic effects. Methods： 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups： the treated group （30 eases）, and the controlled group （30 cases）. They were orally given Tongluo Yutan Capsule and Xiaoshuan Tongluo Capsule. Their nerve function impairment grades and TCM syndrome grades were examined and the change of TNF-α and IL - 6 were tested restyeetively before and after the treatment, Resuhs： As to the evaluation of therapeutic effects： there was a significant difference （P〈 0.05） between two groups, the treated group had an effective rate of 93.33% while the controlled group 71.43%. As to TCM syndrome evaluation, there was a significant difference （P 〈 0.05） between two groups, the treated group had an effective rate of 96.67 % while the controlled group 71.43 %..As to the change of TNF-α and IL - 6, there was a significant difference （P〈 0.01 ） in the treated group for the content of TNF-α and IL- 6 in serum. Conclusion, Tongluo Yutan Capsule can evidently improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with isehemic strike.
