摘要
开发设计了连续法制备酸性染料可染丙烯腈共聚物的实验装置,近似模拟连续工业化生产流程,实现了酸性可染丙烯腈共聚物时连续聚合,并对聚合物粒径进行分析。结果表明:该聚合物的上染率较高,均在95%以上;还原剂中NaNO3质量分数为8%时,粒径大小基本凝聚成三次粒子的级别,有利于聚合物淤浆的输送和纺丝原液的制备。
The experimental facilities were designed to prepare acid dyeable acrylonitrile copolymer. The continuous copolymerization of acid dyeable acrylonitrile copolymer was carried out successfully by approximating and simulating the commercial production on the facilities. The particle size of the obtained polymer was analyzed. The result showed that the dye up-take of the polymer was above 95% ; and the particle almost aggregated into tertiary particle by size when the mass fraction of NaNO3 was 8% in the reducer, which helped the transportation of polymer sludge and the preparation of spinning dope.
