直纺生产266 dtex／144 f涤纶POY的工艺探讨

Discussion of directly spinning process for 266 dtex/144 f PET POY

采用特性粘数0．645 dL／g的PET熔体直接纺丝生产266 dtex／144 f涤纶POY。在二氧化钛调配系统配置直径1μm的过滤器,熔体过滤器的过滤芯直径为20μm,选择微孔直径为0．20 mm的喷丝板,缓冷器温度290℃,侧吹风速度0．5 m／s,油嘴位置距离喷丝板1 200 mm,生产的涤纶POY条干不匀率为1．40％、断裂伸长率为123．5％。

The PET POY of 266 dtex/144 f can be prepared front PET melt with the intrinsic viscosity of 0. 645 dL/g by directly melt spinning. A filter of 1 μm in diameter was installed on titanium dioxide feeding unit. The filter-inset of the melt filter was 20 p.m in diameter. The PET POY with yam irregularity 1.40% and elongation at break 123.5% was produced under the conditions of microhole diameter of spinneret 0. 20 mm, annealer temperature 290℃, cross air blow speed 0. 5 m/s, distance between oil nozzle and spinneret 1 200 mm.
