摘要
目前国内外尚无强水敏性稠油油藏工业化开发的先例,为有效动用胜利油田近亿吨强水敏性稠油储量,开展了水敏性稠油油藏开发方式优化研究。研究中以油藏工程理论为指导,结合物理实验、数值模拟、分析化验和动态分析等研究手段,开展天然能量、常规注水、注蒸汽吞吐和蒸汽驱等多种冷热采开发方式的可行性论证和优化计算,优化出原油粘度小于5 000 mPa.s的区域采用天然能量转注蒸汽吞吐转蒸汽驱开发方式,原油粘度大于5 000 mPa.s区域注蒸汽吞吐转蒸汽驱开发方式。研究成果应用于现场后,取得了较好的开发效果,成功地实现了强水敏稠油油藏的工业化开发。
Currently,there is no preceding case around the world of high water sensitivity heavy oil reservoir industrial development.To effectively mobilize high water sensitivity heavy oil reserves of nearly one hundred million ton in Shengli Oilfield,study on high water sensitivity heavy oil reservoir development mode optimization has been carried out.Guided by reservoir engineering theories,combining with means including physical experiments,numerical simulation,analysis and assaying,and dynamic analysis,the study has carried out the feasibility argumentation and optimization calculation of many normal and thermal recovery methods such as natural flow,conventional water flooding,huff and puff and steam flooding.Optimization result is to adopt natural energy followed by huff and puff followed by steam flooding for crude oil with viscosity lower than 5,000 mPa·s,and to adopt huff and puff followed by steam flooding for crude oil with viscosity high than 5,000 mPa·s.Application of research result in the field has obtained favorable development effect,successfully realized industrial development of high water sensitivity heavy oil reservoir.
